Terms of service

These terms of service apply when you use armytags.dk and our other webshops (.no, .se and .eu). When you buy from us, our terms and conditions, refund policy and privacy policy also apply. In case of conflict, the terms and conditions take precedence.

1. About us

2. Use of the webshop

You must be of legal age to shop with us. If you are under 18, you need consent from a parent or guardian. You must provide correct information when ordering. You may not use the webshop for fraud or unlawful purposes, attempt to bypass security measures or retrieve content automatically on a large scale.

3. Products, preview and personalised text

We do our best to show the products accurately. Colours and the live preview are indicative, and the finished tag may differ slightly in placement, font and colour.

You are responsible for the text and images you submit and for having the right to use them. We may reject or cancel orders with text or images that are unlawful, offensive or infringe the rights of others, e.g. logos and trademarks you are not permitted to use. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

4. Orders and contract

The contract is binding once you have received our order confirmation. In the event of obvious pricing errors, or if an item cannot be delivered, we may cancel the order. In that case, you will receive a full refund.

5. Prices, payment and delivery

All prices include VAT. Shipping and any other costs are shown before you pay. Payment methods, delivery times and shipping rates are set out in our terms and conditions.

6. Withdrawal, returns and claims

There is no right of withdrawal on items with personalised text or images. The rules for withdrawal, returns and claims are set out in our refund policy.

7. Rights to content

Texts, images, logos and design on the webshop belong to Armytags or our partners. They may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

8. Shopify

The webshop runs on Shopify. All purchases are made directly between you and Armytags, and Shopify is not a party to the contract.

9. Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses, e.g. loss of profit or loss of data. This limitation does not apply if we have acted with gross negligence or intent, and it does not restrict the rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms of service. The version that applied when you placed your order applies to your purchase.

11. Governing law and complaints

The contract is governed by Danish law. If you are a consumer residing in another country, you retain the mandatory rights you have under the law of your own country. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us first at info@armytags.dk. If this does not lead to a solution, you can complain to Nævnenes Hus, Toldboden 2, 8800 Viborg, Denmark, naevneneshus.dk, or contact the consumer authorities in your own country.
