This privacy policy describes how Handelshuset Aulum ("we", "us", "our") collects and processes your personal data when you visit or shop at armytags.dk.

What information do we collect and why
When you visit the website, we automatically collect technical information such as browser type, search terms, and IP address, for the purpose of optimizing the user experience and displaying relevant marketing. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (legitimate interest).
When you shop with us, we collect your name, address, email, phone number, payment method, information about purchased products, and the personal text or image you have asked us to use for your tag. The purpose is to be able to deliver your item, manage complaints, and comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) and (c).
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email for the purpose of sending you newsletters. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) (consent) – you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who do we share information with
Your delivery and contact information is passed on to our shipping companies (GLS, DAO) for the sole purpose of delivering your item. We also use external partners for operating the webshop (Shopify), payment solutions, accounting, and possibly newsletter distribution and customer reviews. These are all data processors who act on our behalf under written data processing agreements and who are not allowed to use your information for other purposes.
Some of our data processors (e.g., advertising partners) may be established outside the EU/EEA. In such cases, we ensure the transfer through the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or other valid transfer mechanism, in accordance with applicable rules at the time of transfer.
Storage and deletion
Order information is generally stored for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which you made your purchase, to comply with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Newsletter subscriptions are stored until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: access your information, have inaccurate information corrected, in certain cases have your information deleted, have the processing restricted, receive your information in a machine-readable format (data portability), object to processing for direct marketing, and withdraw a given consent.
